Privacy policy
Draft, dated 1 October 2026, pending review by counsel. It describes how the service is designed to handle data and will be revised before any customer data is processed.
Who we are
Adsignet ("we") operates this website and the Adsignet verification service. Contact: privacy@adsignet.com.
This website
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes connection data such as IP address and user agent to serve pages and protect against abuse, under its own privacy terms. We do not use analytics on this site at present; if we add any, it will be a privacy-respecting service without cross-site tracking, and this page will say so.
If you email us, we keep the email to respond to it and for our records of the conversation.
The service
The service is in development and does not yet process customer data. When it does, the following will apply.
What we process
- Platform configuration data read from an advertising platform account you connect (for example, the generative-feature settings of a campaign on Meta or Google Ads), using credentials you authorise and scoped to read access unless you enable enforcement.
- Creative assets you submit for verification, and metadata derived from them: content hashes, provenance manifests, extracted text.
- Declarations you make about an asset, such as whether it was generated with AI.
- Verdicts and evidence records: the result of each verification, the rules applied, their versions, findings, overrides with the name of the person who recorded them, and timestamps.
- Account data: names, email addresses and roles of the people who use the service.
Why
To perform the verification you request, to produce the evidence record that is the purpose of the service, to operate and secure the service, and to meet our legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not train machine-learning models on customer assets, configuration or verdicts.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for their own purposes.
- We do not send customer assets to a third-party model provider unless the customer has agreed to a named provider in writing. The default for regulated customers is inference inside our own environment.
Retention
Evidence records are designed to be retained unchanged for the period the customer configures, because their purpose is to show later what was checked. Assets are retained only as long as needed to produce and support the evidence record unless the customer configures otherwise. Account data is retained for the life of the account and a short period after.
Sub-processors
We will publish a list of sub-processors (hosting, email, any model provider) before processing customer data, and notify customers of changes.
Security
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant, and access to platform credentials is restricted and logged.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to privacy@adsignet.com. Evidence records may contain personal data (for example, the name of a person who recorded an override) that we are required by contract or law to keep; we will explain any such limit when we respond.
Changes
We will post changes here with the date of the change.
